Online video consults depend on your condition and on the information available. Dr. Sunkara may decide that you need an in-person examination instead. Please give us accurate details, and tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
A second opinion or international case review is based only on the reports, scans and details you send. Missing or unclear information can limit it, and we may ask for more or recommend an examination. Any time frames we mention are our aim, not a guarantee. The final decision about your care remains yours, and you have no obligation to change doctors or treatment plans.
Whether a treatment is right for you can be decided only after a proper assessment, and all treatment carries risks that will be explained to you. Results differ from person to person. Patient stories and testimonials on this website describe individual experiences and do not promise the same result for you.
Consultation costs, along with any cancellation or refund terms that apply, are shared with you before you confirm your slot. International patients receive a written estimate after their case review, payable by card or international wire transfer. Estimates are based on what is known at the time and may change if your medical needs change, in which case we will tell you. Treatment at a hospital may also be subject to that hospital's billing terms.
By giving us your contact details, you agree that we may reply and follow up on your request by phone, email or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time. Email and WhatsApp are not suitable for urgent medical matters.
